The Outpatient App team is excited to attend the 2025 Defense Health Information Technology Symposium (DHITS), taking place August 25–28 at the Gaylord Opryland in Nashville, Tennessee.
This annual four-day event—hosted by the Defense Health Agency (DHA)—brings together government, military, and industry leaders in health IT. Outpatient is presenting the new Readiness Scheduling System (RISS) during the Day 1 Air Force Service Day Agenda. We will also be demoing the system at Booth #322 all through the week.
Leading up to the DHITS 2025 Conference later this month, Outpatient is announcing several “Firsts” as a Trusted Partner for Air Force Medical and the Military Health System. All related to Service Member Readiness compliance, Outpatient App has been working with a number of sites who currently use the Readiness Scheduling System (RISS).

On the heels of OPMED in San Antonio two weeks ago, Team Outpatient is hitting the road for Portland and the MHS Conference. MHS is a four day event sponsored by the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs, the Honorable Dr Lester Martinez-Lopez. For the Military Health System, it’s their big event of the year.

The Defense Health Information Technology Symposium (DHITS) in New Orleans was presented by Defense Health Agency (DHA) and featured enterprise health software systems and related IT companies along with DHA leadership.
