Featuring: RISS – Readiness Innovation Scheduling System
FIRST SBIR Phase III across all DoD & AFMED working on broader implementation
This year, our spotlight is on RISS, the Readiness Innovation Scheduling System developed in partnership with military medical teams. RISS is a secure, cloud-hosted platform that automates and streamlines readiness scheduling for all compliance requirements including – PHA, OHE, Labs, Immunizations, Audiograms, Dental and more.
Built to reduce administrative burden and improve compliance, RISS enables:
- Self-scheduling by Service Members from their phone. They love the convenience and easy access
- Real-time request tracking and approvals by Med Staff
- Real-time reporting and data for leadership and Staff
- Compliance without needing integration into ASIMS or Genesis
- Saving ~ 10,000 hours per site per year or the equivalent of 5 FTE’s
Already in use at Travis AFB, MacDill AFB, and other installations, RISS has saved thousands of hours per site—while improving the Service Member experience and Medic workflow.
Built for Medical Readiness AND Secure, Scalable Access
The DISA / Air Force A1 office recently announced sponsoring Outpatient App into their Cloud One hosting environment, which comes with their Authority to Operate (ATO), and FedRamp High / IL5 certification. This is also a major step towards enabling integration with other Federal IT systems.
The Outpatient App platform was already FedRAMP Moderate Ready, NIST 800-53, 800-171 & CMMC 2.0 compliant. With this next step, Outpatient App will be the first digital health company in the new Cloud One Landing Zone.
Speaking of Firsts, Have you seen the recent “3 Firsts” announcement?
Outpatient App recently achieved three major milestones:
