The Outpatient App Medical Readiness System schedules, tracks and coordinates each step in the medical clearance process for deployment, commonly called Individual Medical Readiness (IMR). The process requires involvement and collaboration by teams of people from multiple departments. The Outpatient App simplifies the steps, enables quick and easy coordination, and overall makes the process way more efficient for everyone.

PHA
Outpatient’s scheduling system automates and streamlines PHA appointments, ensuring service members stay on track with their annual evaluations.

Labs
By consolidating lab scheduling within the platform, Outpatient allows service members to easily book and complete required lab tests, minimizing delays in readiness.

Immunizations
The Outpatient scheduling system efficiently manages immunization schedules by sending timely reminders and tracking completion, ensuring all personnel stay up-to-date with required vaccinations.

DRHA
Outpatient’s scheduling system streamlines the Deployment Health Readiness Assessment (DHRA) process by providing a centralized, automated platform for scheduling and tracking all necessary pre-deployment assessments. Medical Staff creates appointments and Commanders know if and when Airmen have completed them.

Readiness
The Outpatient scheduling system supports readiness by centralizing and automating all health-related appointments in military healthcare.

Audiograms
Audiograms are a critical part of the Periodic Health Assessment (PHA), particularly for personnel exposed to high noise levels, such as in combat or aviation environments. Outpatient simplifies audiogram scheduling by coordinating hearing tests seamlessly with all personnel.

Introducing PHA Part A - Mobile
We heard from multiple leaders, Active and Reserves, that they’re biggest request is getting Part A onto the phones. So we did some homework and have identified a solution. This is a working demo of the Part A on mobile, which aligns with an architectural diagram of how the technology will work. In combination with the other parts of our system, creates a full end-to-end solution.
