Outpatient App will be the Champion Partner for NSF’s 2023 Day on the Green Event.
As a top tier sponsor for the event, Outpatient App will help fund support for young warriors all year long through NSF’s eight impactful patient programs.
NSF, or the Nephrotic Syndrome Foundation, exists to assist the families of children suffering from Nephrotic Syndrome (NS), a combination of symptoms that stem from a loss of kidney function. The symptoms can be life-threatening in some cases, and include blood clots, swelling, bloating, and loss of appetite.
Outpatient App has been supporting the NFS Backpacks of Hope project by contributing crucial supplies and materials to their cause. This includes access to their mobile resources. Everything goes straight to families, and this is their second year of helping the foundation.
The Day on the Green event is an annual community fundraiser that features an 18-hole golf tournament at Diablo Country Club. It is filled with fun and followed by an outdoor cocktail reception and awards ceremony where the festivities continue in support of those in the battle against Nephrotic Syndrome. The event also includes a silent and live auction, raffle, and more.

One hundred percent of the proceeds from the event go towards supporting children battling Nephrotic Syndrome and their families. With eight of NSF’s programs, from Camp NSF to Backpacks of Hope to Patient Grants, the support and participation from sponsors like Outpatient App is changing the world for a deeply underserved community.

Nephrotic Syndrome is a serious and rare auto-immune disease that attacks the kidneys, causing them to shut down. There is no known cause or cure. Treatments consist primarily of cancer and transplant medications. Many patients are children who spend a major part of their life in and out of the hospital, trying to find a treatment that keeps them in remission while managing side effects. The The Nephrotic Syndrome Foundation is the only organization providing direct support to families in this journey. They offer 8 individual programs, from Backpacks of Hope, to Camp, to financial support grants, education & wellness seminars to supporting the search for a cure.
