See the AI Demo at OPMED 2026

Reimagine Medical Readiness Automation

The Outpatient App team will be in San Antonio, Texas for the 2026 Operational Medicine Symposium & Technology Showcase (OPMED), taking place March 17–18, 2026 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center.

With increasing importance and focus on Readiness compliance and efficiency, OPMED is the perfect place to show how Outpatient App is helping modernize medical operations at scale – using proven, production-ready technology in use today, not pilot concepts.  The newest product we will showcase is the AI ASSIST which guides Service Members due for medical appointments.

What Outpatient App Solves – A Critical Solution

The War Fighter deserves easier, quicker, and more efficient access to medical compliance. The Military Health Medics deserve better tools to achieve this goal. Command Leadership deserves the confidence of knowing in real time that their War Fighters are ready.

Outpatient App makes it happen. Command and Control access is critical and we’re in a unique position to deliver the speed and efficiency that our military deserves.

What We’ll Be Showcasing at OPMED 2026

This year, Outpatient App will focus on how AI-driven workflow automation is simplifying compliance and readiness across complex federal health environments. This includes the new AI ASSIST system, and also ask us about the new Warrior Medic Messenger prototype.

At the core of the platform is a single mission:
Compliance, readiness, and workflow automation — simplified through AI.

The Outpatient Platform now consists of seven fully integrated product modules, all connected through a unified reporting and analytics dashboard. Each module was co-developed with Federal Health System partners and validated inside live operational environments through the SBIR program.

Proven Impact Across Federal Health Systems

Across multiple deployed locations, the Outpatient Platform has consistently demonstrated meaningful operational impact.

On average, clinics using Outpatient App have saved approximately 10,000 administrative hours per location per year, with continued expansion of use cases driving even greater efficiency over time.

These gains benefit both patients and medical staff, freeing teams to focus on care instead of coordination.

Growing Demand Across the Force

Interest in the Outpatient Platform continues to grow rapidly at the installation level. Today, dozens of military bases across the U.S. and globally have expressed interest or are actively requesting access.

This growing demand is occurring with full awareness and support from Department of Defense and Air Force Medical leadership, with formal processes underway to support broader adoption.

SBIR Phase III & Sole-Source Eligibility

Outpatient App is the first and only digital health software company to receive an SBIR Phase III contract award, initially awarded at MacDill Air Force Base.

For federal customers—including the U.S. Military, DoD, VA, and HHS—this unlocks a powerful procurement advantage:

What SBIR Phase III Means

  • Solutions may be purchased without a competitive bid
  • FAR competition requirements are already satisfied
  • No dollar cap
  • No expiration
  • Unlimited contracts may be awarded

In short, Phase III sole-source eligibility dramatically reduces procurement friction, accelerates adoption, and enables faster deployment of proven solutions.
All seven Outpatient product modules—and future enhancements—benefit from this perpetual sole-source eligibility.

Let’s Connect at OPMED 2026

We look forward to connecting with federal health leaders, partners, and innovators at OPMED 2026 to discuss how modern, AI-driven compliance platforms can support readiness today—and scale for the future.

If you’re attending, stop by Booth 528 or reach out to schedule time with our team.
