The Outpatient App Team is heading to Washington DC next week for the 2025 AMSUS Annual Meeting. It’s the annual kickoff and one of the major Federal Health / Military Health conferences in the year. This one serves all Federal Health entities – Military Health (MHS), Veterans Health (VA), Dept of Health (HHS), and many others.
This year as usual, we’ll focus on key areas where Outpatient App is leading innovation in practical settings. Here are two examples – Cybersecurity and Service Member Readiness. Outpatient is improving military health accessibility and digital transformation, while also highlighting the importance of cybersecurity compliance.

AMSUS provides a unique opportunity to hear from the Federal Health and Military Health leaders earlier in the year. With so much happening in this industry, it’s important to be here. We are eager to collaborate and discuss how secure, seamless, and accessible healthcare solutions can improve outcomes for military personnel and healthcare professionals alike.

Demos: Self-Scheduling for PHA & OHE
At AMSUS 2025, we are excited to showcase two powerful features in Outpatient App – both in use at MTF Installations:
Self-Scheduling for PHA
Service members can seamlessly request and schedule their Periodic Health Assessment (PHA) directly from their mobile device or desktop. This streamlined process enhances efficiency, reduces administrative workload, and ensures timely medical readiness.
Self-Scheduling for OHE
Our Occupational Health Exam (OHE) self-scheduling feature allows Service Members to book and manage their medical readiness tracking appointments with ease, increasing compliance and saving valuable time.
At one installation, we’re seeing Occ Health Compliance improve from 80% to 98% while also reducing SM time spent in half. What’s equally important to MHS Leaders like you – 90% reduction in Med Staff Administration time!
Additionally, we will be available to discuss other key features of Outpatient App. Come see how our platform is Improving Efficiency and Saving Money for the future of military telehealth!

Cybersecurity & Accessibility: A Priority for 2025
Outpatient App remains committed to the highest standards of security and accessibility. Our latest advancements include FedRAMP readiness, NIST 800-53 & 800-171 compliance, AWS GovCloud migration, and ADA/Section 508 enhancements. These initiatives ensure that our platform meets rigorous federal security standards while also providing an inclusive user experience for all. Learn more about these enhancements in our latest Cybersecurity & Accessibility blog and visit our Cybersecurity page for full details.
We look forward to connecting with industry leaders at AMSUS and discussing how secure, innovative healthcare technology can support those who serve. If you’re attending, let’s connect!
