Over the past five years, Outpatient App has built an approved, fully secure, end-to-end medical compliance and workflow automation platform designed to eliminate inefficiencies across complex health systems.
Today, the Outpatient Platform consists of seven integrated product modules, all connected through a unified reporting and analytics dashboard. Together, they address one central mission:

On average, clinics using Outpatient have saved approximately 10,000 hours per location per year, with continued expansion of use cases driving even greater efficiency gains over time.
First-of-Its-Kind SBIR Phase III* Award
Outpatient App is now the first and only digital health software company to receive an SBIR Phase III* contract award, initially awarded at MacDill Air Force Base.
For Federal customers — including the U.S. Military, Department of Defense, Veterans Affairs, and Health & Human Services — this designation unlocks a powerful procurement advantage known as Sole-Source Eligibility.
